Every day at 11.30am visitors can take a tour of the pottery. Every stage is touched on, from preparing the clay, throwing and glazing. A highlight is a chance to meet one of our potters and to see a throwing demonstration.
Those who are keen to learn more can sign up for one of our 'Experiences' which includes a turn on the wheel and a go at hand glazing a platter- which when fired a few days later can be posted on or collected. A great opportunity to work with someone with many years in the craft and heaps of experience. It's great fun! Thanks to one of our visitors for sharing this video above.
